Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with FleekFit. If something doesn't work out, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To start a return, email support@fleek-fit.com with your order number. You'll find it in your confirmation email or on the packing slip. Once we approve the request, we'll send you clear instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: if you ship something back without contacting us first, we won't be able to accept it.

Received the wrong item or something damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@fleek-fit.com. We'll review the issue and sort it quickly.

Need a different size or color?

The easiest way to exchange something is to place a new order for the item you want and return the one you have. That way, you won't miss out if it sells out.

Items we can't take back

Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods received are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return arrives safely.

When will I see my refund?

Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 2 to 4 business days), we'll issue your refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it usually appears within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was confirmed and you haven't received it, let us know at support@fleek-fit.com and we'll look into it.
